Thank you for applying to be one of our food, drink or merchandise traders. Please be aware that you must:

• Hold a level 5 food hygiene rating and can provide us with a link to it on the Food Standards Agency website.
• Have public liability insurance (valid for the duration of the event).
• Have an up-to-day risk assessment.
• If relevant, an up to date fire risk assessment.
• Proof of a suitable fire extinguisher for your activity, with certificate of testing.
• Have hot water hand washing facilities.
• If applicable, have a gas safety certificate.
